Initial Behavioral Wellness Intake (60 mins)

Our initial intake appointment is a thorough, one-hour evaluation designed to fully understand your child’s behavioral, emotional, and developmental profile. We will gather detailed history, explore current challenges, and identify strengths and priorities.
From this foundation, you will work together to develop a customized, evidence-informed behavioral wellness plan aligned with your family’s values and goals. For most families, this visit serves as the starting point for ongoing support and guidance.

Ongoing Support Services
Behavioral Consultation (50 mins)
$200
A behavioral consultation addresses behaviors that feel concerning, confusing, or overwhelming.
This service supports families who are seeing challenges at home, in school, or in the community and want help understanding what behaviors may be communicating. Consultations focus on identifying patterns, underlying factors, and realistic strategies that fit your family’s routines. Behavioral consultation may also help determine whether additional support or services would be beneficial.
Behavioral & Emotional Support Session (50 mins)
$200
This service supports concerns such as stress, emotional regulation, adjustment challenges, social difficulties, or school-related worries. The session is supportive, skills-based, and designed for a brief number of sessions. If a child's need extends beyond the scope of this service, referrals to appropriate outside providers will be made to ensure continuity of care

Diagnosis Navigation & Advocacy Session (50 mins)

These sessions are designed to help families understand and navigate diagnoses such as autism, ADHD, and other developmental differences with clarity and confidence.
Together, we review what the diagnosis means for your child’s learning, behavior, and daily functioning. You’ll receive practical guidance on supportive strategies, school accommodations, and next steps — along with tools to advocate effectively across home, school, and community settings.

Parent Focused Coaching Session (50 mins)

Parent training focuses on helping caregivers create clear, consistent structure within the home.
Many behavior challenges improve when children have predictable routines, clear boundaries, and consistent expectations. Parent training sessions support caregivers in developing practical strategies for structure, routines, and positive behavior support that work within daily family life. These supports often extend beyond the home, helping children feel more regulated, confident, and successful in school and community settings as well.
This service is ideal for parents who want guidance, reassurance, and tools to feel more confident supporting their child’s behavior at home.
School & Educational Services

(60 mins face to face & pre/post apt documentation review and preparation)
This service supports families navigating evaluations and special education services.
Consultation may include:
• Complete review of psychological or educational evaluations
• Guidance on eligibility decisions
• Review of IEPs, 504 plans, and functional behavior assessments/behavior support plans
• Support with parent advocacy and school collaboration
Families receive clear explanations and practical guidance to better understand their child’s educational supports and next steps.

Social Skills Support (50 mins)

Social skills services are offered on an individual basis with group offerings coming soon!
These sessions focus on everyday skills children need to navigate social situations successfully, including communication, emotional regulation, peer interaction, flexibility, and problem-solving. Skills are practiced in ways that translate naturally into school, play, and community environments.
Professional Development & Community Training
This service offers professional development and behavioral training for organizations that support children across a variety of settings, including daycares, schools, churches, and community programs.

Trainings are designed for educators, caregivers, and professionals who work with or care for children with developmental disabilities or behavioral needs. Sessions focus on practical, evidence-based strategies for behavior support, inclusion, and creating environments where all children can participate and thrive. Trainings are customized to meet the specific needs of each organization and may be offered as one time workshops or ongoing support.
